In 2022, the Tetz Family located the sister barn of the stable that was built in 1898. Originally built in 1876, the Tetz Family was able to construct the barn with same hand hewn 12”x12” white oak beams that it was originally framed with. The new cocktail barn is a beautiful addition to an already stunning property.
